The weather wasn't what we expected but it was fun. We weren't sure how much our 20 month old daughter would get out of the San Diego Zoo or SeaWorld but we were pleasantly surprised that she found it very interesting. Many times we found her watching intently and rarely got bored where we needed to find ways to entertain her. The worst part was that the food selections at both "attractions" were quite poor. We're glad we brought along at least some healthier snacks.
Our first excursion was to visit the scenic town of La Jolla, about 30 minutes from San Diego. We only had half a day to spend so that was plenty for us. Viewed: 1,434 times.
Who says San Diego has perfect weather? Our first attempt to visit the Zoo resulted in us leaving after only about an hour due to very cold rain. Our second visit was much more enjoyable. Viewed: 4,351 times.
SeaWorld wasn't quite what I was expecting but it turned out to be a lot of fun. I wasn't sure my 20 month old daughter would like it but she absolutely loved it! Viewed: 5,832 times.
